for one east baltimore school, it is a special first day back. tim tooten begins -- >> paul laurence dunbar high school is open for students and staff. a number of top state and city officials will be here for the ribbon cutting ceremony. -- were here. the ceo helped reopen the building that cost $32 million to renovate. it did not take long for students to learn their way around the new building. for most returning to class it's been a long time coming. >> i am just so excited we are here and able to benefit from having a new building. i am happy.
