>> actor patrick swayze lost his two-year battle with pancreatic cancer tonight. he made his bout with cancer public in march of 2008. he continued working as he underwent treatment. he most recently starred in a cable television drama. he was only 57 years old. >> tonight, authorities say they are questioning a lab tech in the murdering of a yale university graduate student. they say that the senate failed a polygraph test in showed signs of the event of loans. the body of one student was found sunday stepped inside a wall unit that housed utility cables. it with the same building where one person was last seen five days ago. >> we are trying to figure out what happened.
