officer -- is on administrative leave asit started at his home this afternoon and ended with a suspect critically injured. police say the suspect put a gun surge in his home. the officer chased the suspect for three blocks. witnesses said it appeared the suspect showed some remorse. >> at one time he put his hands up. >> what did he say? >> i am sorry, man. he was apologizing for what ever he did. police say they found for showcasing the did not belong to the officer's gun. the suspect may have fired before he was shot and wounded. he remained in critical condition. abusing a 14 year-old student. cuaderes, a teacher at a charter school pled guilty today. he led a male student to his home.
