paid for a poll of one of the mayor's opponents. lawyers for councilman helen holton said testimony about the poll as a defense strategy. she has been indicted for dealings with ronald lipscomb. a man who says he sexually assaulted a girl will be tried as an adult. it is said that the risk of him or offending at the age of 21 is too great. the teenager is accused of sexually abusing the girl after he lured her from a playground to his home. maryland state police need your help finding two child sex offenders who've failed to register with them. if you know where these men are, call state police.

president obama is on his way to pennsylvania after addressing workers at a gm plant in ohio just moments ago. he said his administration's efforts to save the auto industry are beginning to show results. he says he did not run for president to get into the auto business, but since his decision -- but that his decision to pull automakers to the downturn was key to saving the economy. >> there are some people who said you cannot do it. our belief was that if gm retools and reinvents itself of the 21st century, it would be good for american workers, good for american manufacturing, good for america's economy, and i am pleased to report that that is exactly what has begun to happen at plants like this, and others across the country. >> the president is headed to pittsburgh to discuss health care reform with union workers there. the president will bring his
