snorted or liquefied and injected. >> it is los -- less harmful to the body than methadone. but then there are addicts out there that take it and turn into an abusive situation. >> police say dr. mccracken got his drugs over the internet which is like playing russian roulette. there is no quality control. >> you can buy hundreds of drugs over the internet from countries all over the world, and you kept no idea if it is the real thing. >> alisa say they found 35 mayor ran up -- marijuana plants at their home -- police say they found 35 marijuana plants and other drugs at their home. the death was most likely an accident. dr. mccracken has been leased on bail. we tried to -- earlier this evening, but he did not answer his door. he is expected to be questioned

shore. some baltimore neighbors took part in a block party to reclaim the spot where a five year-old girl was shot in the head. they will also were treated to a special message on crime. kerry cavanaugh is live at city hall with more on the story. >> ever since a five rolled was shot in the middle of the day in the neighborhood, the city has launched a campaign to reclaim that neighborhood. dozens of kids gathered to listen to a message from an athlete. why did you come out here tonight? >> i wanted to see ray lewis. >> he is my favorite football player. >> the crowd came in to get a glimpse of ray lewis. the football star was set to deliver a motivational message urging peace where a five year- old girl was shot in the head in july. many said they have felt set -- and save here for a long time. -- have a felt unsafe here for a

injuries. >> friends and loved ones are remembering a 17 year-old kwest again after he died in a tragic accident over the weekend. the family became concerned when he did not make his saturday night curfew. it was not until early monday morning that authorities discovered his car in a wooded area. he lost control and plowed into a tree. his friends remembered him as the all-around great guy at school. >> you could walk into a room, not know who you work, and he would be your friend. he was a friend to everybody. he was so open. he did not have any enemies. >> he was the class clown, the funny guy of the whole class. he cheered everyone up. >> officials said dulaney high remember him as a leader in the classroom and on the basketball court. school officials of encouraging parents to teach their kids how

to stay safe when traveling to and from school. several students have been attacked in the area. cases are still under investigation. schools sent letters home to parents to keep them informed in the end arundel county -- and eron deanne arundel county. officials say children should remember safety techniques like yelling for help, no your contact information, and travel in groups. >> president obama declared a major disaster after a powerful earthquake caused a tsunami in samoa killing 39 people and leaving dozens of workers missing. these as some of the first images from that area.
