recover tonight after he was dragged for several blocks by a suspect trying to flee in a car. police need your help finding that suspect. when it was discovered that he was a wanted man, he left in the car and drove the officer with him. police found the vehicle several blocks away, but there was no sign of the suspect. >> police say that they need your help finding a rapist. authorities say he forced his way into a home and that is where he attacked a woman with a baseball bat and raped her at knifepoint. all of this water children were at home. neighbors in the area are on edge. >> we're hoping that the police can catch him and taken to jail where he needs to be. >> if you have any information about the suspect, police are asking you to call the sex offense unit.

we head west. it is slightly warmer to the east. as we head past midnight, into the predawn hours of saturday, and even until noon time, there will be a slight chance of rain shower. west of the bay, it will clear up pretty nicely. it is still relatively mild with that south movement moving at 10 m.p.h.. that is sort of the trend that we expect to roll through the mid-atlantic. this will swing back to an area of low pressure. the main part of this storm will move into canada and will weaken as it races east of the main storm. things should remain really nice

you can see the showers from hagerstown, west. it is trying to move into far western west virginia. be on the lookout for a sprinkle or a light shower as we get through the evening hours. at the more substantial rain is closer to the actual area of low pressure which is north and west of chicago the center of this storm is on the eastern fringe of it. some of the heavier showers may generate this. all around here, our rain gauge is dry today. the record amount of precipitation on the second day of october was back in 1929 when we had over 3 inches of rain. it was 71 for an afternoon high
