today. we have the details of that deal. >> the city seized 19 of those horses back in november, and a final signatures were put on an agreement with virtually all of them, 17 of the horses will be moving. it could happen as early as tomorrow. it is far away from the hustle and bustle of baltimore city. for the last four months, the farmer has been home to 19 horses seized last fall. the city alleged neglect and mistreatment. they claim the confiscation was illegal. on wednesday, this fight officially came to an end. it she was making plans to pick up the 17 horses and get back to work. >> we are starting all over again to get them.
