>> and 18 year old is at shock trauma listed in critical condition. he is unresponsive. the family is hoping for better news today. he was struck late tuesday night around 11:30. witnesses say it hellbent -- happens on a road where a black car came speeding in hit him as he was walking to a bus stop with his girlfriend. >> the guy must have been truck. the card jumped the curb. it hit him. it hit him so hard that his body. over his girlfriend's head. >> the box says he is a bright-- the aunt says he is a bright young man getting ready to start college. they hope he will still be able to do so. wbal tv 11 news.

>> three people have been rushed to shock trauma after a serious crash in anne arundel county. one car was traveling the wrong way down route 100. the two people in the truck were taken by ambulance to shock trauma. and the person in the car was flown there. they are all being treated for serious, life-threatening injuries. >> a judge has been reassignedit was less than 24 hours after we aired a story about his decision to marry a domestic violence story and the victim that was set to testify which resulted in an acquittal. the judge found the husband not guilty after she refused to testify due to her marital privilege. >> this is where judicial

they operate a bill on a service. they appeared in court on charges claiming they conspired to defraud the irs operate a built bonds business in violation of the law. man could face over 100 years in prison. >> some tough cuts appeared to be on the way in baltimore city as the mayor works on the budget. her plan includes a permanent closure of three fire stations, mounted units, helicopters, and other units. it would discontinue operations of the street cleaning stock -- trucks. a proposal will be made next week. and one proposal may give thousands of dollars thanks to the dixon scandal.

australia may have led to the rescue of some people. it was during a building competition. this is 600 miles off the australian mainland. it is generating some massive waves. but least one teenage competitor had to be rescued after being hit by a boat. the storm is expected to make landfall this weekend. scammers will do just about anything to steal from seniors even pose as a grandchild. lost a lot of money. -- it happened to a local couple who lost a lot of money. >> they thought their grandson was on their phone. but the caller was a fake. he convinced them that he needed money in a hurry. the wired him thousands of dollars and discovered it was not their grandson at all.

he was struck lead -- late tuesday night in baltimore county. came speeding out of the parking lot of a bar and hit him as he was walking to a bus stop with his girlfriend. they say the impact sent him flying into the air and hitting the pavement headfirst. >> i just really do not understand how someone can hit a human being. a car is a killing machine. how can you hit a human being, a person, and leave them there dead in just drive on like nothing happened? >> baltimore county police are investigating. they have limited the details on the suspect's vehicle. it is a dark colored car, possibly black with front end damage. wbal-tv.

investigation in baltimore county has left a teenager in critical condition. jennifer franciotti has more details on the story. >> good morning. he is listed in critical condition. it was about 11:30 tuesday night when he was walking to a bus stop with his girlfriend when a car came spinning out of a parking lot of a bar hitting him with an impact so great that he flew over his girlfriend's head and fell head first onto the pavement. according to family members, they are concerned and very worried. they wonder if the driver of this hit and run vehicle was under the influence of alcohol. they are hoping that someone will come forward with information. the vehicle is described as being possible black or dark colored with front and damage. wbal-tv.
