after 10:00 last night. the victim was taken to a local hospitals suffering from non life-threatening injuries. >> police say the men forced their way into the room of a dormitory in townsend university. one student was injured during the attack. anyone with information is asked to call baltimore police. officials have been dreading the announcement of the plan to close the deficit. it is a $2.2 billion spending plan. the mayor plans to close the gap. the plan includes merging city agencies, eliminating positions, and requiring nonprofit institutions like hospitals and schools to contribute toward taxes. the city council president and
