outer loop traffic is problem free. we'll look at traffic on the west side. that is the latest on traffic pulse 11. overview. >> three baltimore city police officers have been indicted on numerous charges. >> this follows a yearlong investigation. jennifer franciotti is live outside police headquarters with the details. >> the veteran police officers turned themselves in. the officers were all members of the violent crimes investigation division. charges include kidnapping and assault. milton smith, tyrone francis, and gregory hellen are accused of picking up two teenagers in west baltimore back in 2009. one of the teenagers was released but the other, michael

injuries. police say huguely he shook love repeatedly after they had an argument. his lawyer said it was an accident. >> it is our hope that no conclusions be made about george for his case. however, we are confident that the love was not intended but an accident with a tragic outcome. >> huguely reportedly removed her computer after the incident. >> the murder of yeardley love is drawing national attention to the violent relationships. experts believe young women have a hard time of recognizing red flags. a howard county couple lost their couple wed her boyfriend stabbed her to death. they're looking for mandatory

police. the license of a funeral home has been suspended. 40 bodies were found. funeral directors said the chambers funeral home & crematorium must cremate those bodies by friday and then be closed. one will fight the license suspension. >> new information about the suspect in the times square bombing attack. faisal shahzad has been providing useful information. kate amara has details from our washington bureau. >> is faisal shahzad one piece of a large terror plot? he confessed, admitting he drove a car bomb into times square and tried to set it off. he insists he acted alone.

on kurt kronke and now back to tony pann. >> things are pretty quiet on this wednesday morning. the skies are clear. very comfortable temperatures. upper 40's. 59 in catonsville. 57 in edgewood. temperature will get up close to 80 this afternoon. the dew points have dropped into the upper 40's and low 50's. you start to feel it when it is in the 60's. in this range, everybody feels comfortable. high pressure will take control over the next 24 hours. we get sunshine and mild conditions. we are watching a cold front. it does have some chilly air behind it. it is snowing in parts of north dakota and montana. you see a line of showers

approaching chicago and milwaukee. cold air is on the back side of it. the cold front will make it through here on friday with a chance of some showers. mostly sunny is our forecast. high temperatures this afternoon in the upper 70's and low 80's. it will be a beautiful sunrise. mostly clear tonight. you may see some clouds tonight after midnight. clear and pleasant with temperatures between 54 and 63 degrees. the cold front will move through tomorrow. we should not say much precipitation with it. we should get some quiet conditions back into the picture on thursday night and friday morning. it will play an active role in our weather as we head into the weekend. sunshine and 80 degrees today.

82 degrees tomorrow. the front comes back as a warm front. there is a chance for a shower or thunderstorm with a high around 80. best chance for rain will be on saturday. we get a chance for some chilly air on sunday, only 64 degrees on mother's day. temperatures may drop into the low 40's over that stretch. cool air coming in to close out mother's day weekend. i do think mother's day it will be dry. >> americans are reaching for the debit cards over their credit cards. shoppers are increasing debit card used for everyday purchases. big ticket items are more likely to go on the plastic.

we do have stock futures looking at flat. no real recovery at this hour. the greek crisis caused stocks to tumble yesterday. the dow is back below under 11,000. banks may start tightening their wallets. that would affect our recovery here. we would have to live with high unemployment lager. nissan needs to repair faulty air bag in infinity cars. this recall covers over 134,000 cars. toyota mechanics have fixed about 3 million cars with sticky gas pedals. toyota engineers are overseeing those repairs. the massive oil spill is leading to higher prices for

crabs. prices have been raised about $10 per bushel. the new sponsor of the nfl is bud light. they're paying more than $1 billion, more than twice what miller cores is currently paying. i'm jane king reporting. >> thank you. good news for your wallet and bank account despite oil leaking into the gulf of mexico. analysts don't believe price for gas will not go much higher than $3 per gallon. this bill has little to do with what we pay for gas at the pump. the oil spill is threatening the environment. matter of trust is collecting hair clippings and turning them into oil mats.
