arrangements have been set in a house and friday from 2:00 to 4:00 and again from 7:00 tonight, for revealing. a private burial will follow. arrangements have been posted on our website, wbaltv.com. .>> the funeral home where doze of bodies werens found stacked n a garage has been shut down. the bodies were supposed to have been cremated, but when an inspector arrived, that was not the case. the license was suspended. the funeral home has until friday to dispose of the bodies as promised. after that, it will be closed. next and accused of harford county sexual predator arrested only a month ago is now back in handcuffs. david earl jones was arrested for taking pictures of a 15- year-old girl as she got out of the shower. police searched his computer and

found hundreds of inappropriate photos and videos. state police have so far identified at least 20 different victims. bail has been set for 3 baltimore city police officers indicted on several charges, including kidnapping. tyrone francis, gregory hellen, and milton smith are accused of picking at least to tinners up -- two teenagers up and leaving them stranded away from home. one was left in howard county without shoes, socks, or a cell phone battery. bail was set for francis and smith and $250,000 for hellen. >> we know tonight what killed two people whose bodies were found in their green mott avenue apartment earlier this week. police said they died from carbon monoxide poisoning. a generator which had run out of gas was found turned on in the apartment. the couple has still not been identified.

>> baltimore city police are trying to sort out details of a deadly shooting also in southwest baltimore. shots rang out late last night in the 2100 block of frederick ave. a 21-year-old man was hit multiplerñ/[es. e died at the hospital e this morning. arlypolice have not said whether they have a suspect or a motive. >> if you use baltimore city water, you could soon see your bills soar. >> this fight will not only be felt bought -- this spike will be felt by those in other counties. >> water rates in the city have increased every year for the past five. the county set their own rates, so the amount of increase will vary depending on the county. as far as city residents are concerned, they could see their bill go up $80 a year for their

tonight for folks who live, work, or traveled around baltimore county. some $8 million in stimulus funding will go to road repairs there. the money will be used exclusively for road resurfacing throughout the county. roads being repaired include mccormick road, west chester in catonsville, st. luke's lane in randallstown, and hillse+xqy in part bill, just to name a few. next best cars usually mean big money, and many hope that will be the case after the city's board of estimate approved a five-year deal with baltimore raising development to bring indycar racing downtown. it is a move that could pump millions into not only the city's economy but into the surrounding counties as well. lowell melser has details. >> starting in august of 2011, our city will be home to one of the most6fç/>hq,citing sports es in the world, the baltimore grand prix. >> of the war mayor stephanie
