it is a beautiful day. is it national bicycle to work day. less cars on the roads. we are expecting more congested to open the celebration. it is at 6:30 this morning in downtown baltimore. we are expecting some congestion on lexington and fayette and those areas downtown. watch for that. at pasadena, mountain road, we have confirmed an accident there. mount zion road, a few things to watch out for this morning. the major roadways are checking out ok. the west side of the beltway showed the inner and outer lips are moving just fine. 83, a live look shows things are looking just fine. a battle heavier southbound.

we will have more coming up. >> a new study is providing hope for a test that could soon detect ovarian cancer. a researcher monitored a blood marker in 3000 healthy women. an increase over time allow them to find women at risk for all very cancer. some hold additional studies will prove the test's effectiveness. >> doctors often prescribe anti- depressant. up to 40% of takers experience suicidal thoughts. they used a machine to measure electrical activity in the brain. those more suicidal show an increase in brain activity after taking the medication. they hope doctors will be able
