feeling pretty good tuesday night. they were keeping a positive attitude about the race. she showed up to thank everyone and said she was feeling confident about the race. the bernstein campaign was cautiously optimistic about tuesday's results. poll workers spent the day at the precinct. they took the day off to support bernstein. bernstein talked a little about why he thinks he was able to make such headway. >> it came to the level of frustration people were feeling about living in one of america's most dangerous cities. i do not know if it is a question of what patricia jessamy did or did not do. >> it is important to note these numbers are unofficial.

the bernstein campaign has 49% of the vote while the jessamy campaign has 47% of the vote. reporting live, jennifer franciotti, wbal-tv 11 news. >> the voting tally for executive has not been completed. there were some voting day issues. kevin kamenetz is ahead of joseph bartenfelder with 52% of the vote. the vote is expected to be completed around noon today. will face off against bob ehrlich, who also won his party's nomination. hear from both candidates in our next hour. >> the voter turnout statewide was lower than expected. only about 15,000 baltimore city residents went to the polls.
