that's the latest on traffic pulse 11. >> we begin with breaking news this morning. baltimore city firefighters on the scene of a fire. >> it's started at and jennifer franciotti is live on the scene. >> this is on falls road. i want to give you a good picture of where this is. as you take falls road considered north parkway. this housal caught fire and inside were six people. including christine. christine when did you first notice something was wrong? >> we got woken up about 1:00 a.m. and by that time one room was already engulfed in flames and it traveled into the hallway in a matter of seconds

and the room my girlfriends and i were in burst into flames and we had to kick out the window. luckily we had to jump out the roof. my mother-in-law had to jump from the at i can. i know she was sent to the hospital with minor injuries. dylan and his grandfather got out on the steps and pretty much it was just us that had to joump out the roof. >> what is that like to have to jump off a roof? >> i couldn't believe i did that because in that moment, at that moment two had already jumped off and i could feel the roof panels burning up and the fire hurt. it burned so it was get burned or jump. >> dylan, you said you could hear the glass shattering? >> yes.

when i got outside, and i saw christine and geoand they were yelling and screaming jump, jump! then all of a sudden i heard glass breaking and heard metal bars popping and breaking and snapping, and i just kept on saying, please, be ok. please, be ok. and what happened was it just kept on breaking. and i was really, really scared. >> guys, thank you for talking with us and we hope your mother-in-law will be ok. we know she was taken to the hospital and that the point it's not believed she has any fractures which is unbelievable considering the height she had to jump from. firefighters say this was contained to the two-story dwelling and don't have a cause yet but fire investigators are on the scene.

national bureau of economic study says it ended in june of last year. that is worth pointing out this is a technical interpretation of whether or not economic contraction is over not whether economic expansion has anything to do with this. al in fact, we have word today bank of america laying off as many as 400 workers and as for the basket of stocks going forward, priced into the stocks. speaking of recovery, it takes a long time to recover from a college education. until you're 33 that's when they say you break even on the cost of an education which says the average student suffers a financial setback from college and being out of the workforce and having to pay full tuition and the investment really doesn't start to pay off until age 33 and the college degree does pay off in other ways and
