and setting her apartment on fire is in police custody. damon white was arrested yesterday. investigators believe he killed 35-year-old thelma wynn earlier this month, and somehow injured himself while trying to cover it up. he is being held without bail. three men are recovering after two separate shootings. the first happened around 1:30 a.m. this morning on belair road. police say two men were shot. the second happened on the 3800 block of belle avenue, where investigators say a man was shot twice in the hip. there is no word on the victim's condition or a modem -- or a motive. baltimore police met with security officials to beef up security plans. fred bealefeld discussed security protocol with officials
