tropical depression number 16. it is not a tropical storm yet. its name would be nicole. it is heading up towards south florida. this will transition itself from a tropical system to more like a nor'easter as it treks up the coast. it should come up close to the chesapeake bay. it will not be a tropical storm. it will be windy, there could be strong thunderstorms. there could be some flooding rains on the western side. to to 4 inches before it gets out of here. it will be an active weather date --two to four inches. a mixture of sunshine and clouds today. high temperatures in the low 70's. overnight, rain is likely. some could be heavy late tonight. periods of rain on thursday.

homeowners to refinance. it would not matter how bad your income or credit score is. this would stabilize the housing market by reducing the number of foreclosures. the house finance committee is taking a look at revamping the real estate market. trading is looking -. we did have a higher day yesterday. walgreen's shares rallied yesterday. the supreme court agreed to hear an appeal by pharmaceutical companies. they wanted to block hospitals from suing over a discount drug plan. hewlett-packard may still be looking for permanent ceo, but they expect profit and revenue to be better, and they are hiring thousands of new sales staff.

teenage bicyclist will spend six months in jail. he pleaded guilty to the incident that killed benjamin in august of last year. this happened in howard county. teenager later died in shock trauma. a gang leader will spend life behind bars. timothy rawlings was found guilty. he believed steven parrish was homosexual. rawlings is serving five years in prison for an armed robbery sentence. >> people are being questioned about a shooting in baltimore. this happened on east preston street. one man was shot in the hand and the other was shot in the leg. no word on what led to the gunfire.

thought. it was once considered an anti occident to help lower blood pressure. but there were tests on two groups. in the end, researchers found no difference in blood pressure levels. the extract was not beneficial for heart help either. used in birth control could also treat some kinds of cancer in women. when it was removed after a year, the majority of the patients responded to the treatment, and just under half were able to bear children. it allows a higher dose of hormone to the area. does that make sense? 57 degrees on tv hill. a preview of tonight's "law-and- order: los angeles.
