come of all midcoast -- up along the coast. there is much heavier rain down across southeast virginia and into the carolinas, all associated with what used to be tropical storm the cold. that has dissipated but the moisture is still coming our way. computer models indicate that a lot of rain will fall between now and friday evening. the red and yellow areas indicate four or 5 inches of rain, especially on the eastern shore and the lower eastern shore were heavy rain is possible. there may be some gusty thunderstorms as well. wind advisories have been posted near the bay. tides are expected to run around 2 feet above normal three the day tomorrow. there may be some minor coastal flooding due to the higher than normal ties until the storm can move out. we will check the complete forecast in a few minutes. >> officials around the state are getting ready for this storm. they say they are urging

looks now around 270 northbound, just north of exit one. we have video to show you of what it looked like earlier. shortly after 4:00 this afternoon, a tour bus was in the process of hitting the sky ramp to go northbound onto 70, but for some reason a loss control and ended up hitting portions of a bridge and a guard rail and rolling down about 30 or 40 feet. we understand there was one fatality involved in this accident. four people were trapped inside the bus. there were rescued. two of those people were in critical condition and taken to trauma centers. the other two were serious but not critical. there were least 12 people on the bus at the time of the accident. ntsb has been informed. maryland state police are conducting the investigation and right now northbound to 70 from the inner loop of the beltway is still shut down. -- northbound 270.
