the name. she was fined $2,500 and given probation before judgment which is technically not a criminal conviction. according to the fact of the case, in july 2007 while chairing the committee that oversees financial projects, she asked two developers including john paterakis the so called "a bakery man" to cover the cost of a public opinion poll. she made no mention of the payments in campaign finance reports filed that the time. the two developers pleaded guilty to campaign finance violations. as she left court today, she would not answer any questions. will you share with us why you as to the two developers to pay for the polls? holton is a certified public accountant. they will review the election to determine whether to take action against her license. she could face other criminal charges. a state appellate court is deciding whether to reinstate

guns were used in the robbery, how many guns were involved, and if jerome williams had a gun in the bar. we know the weapons used in september 2008 murder of former city council member can harass and the robbery of the new haven lounge were never recovered. judge david ross told the jurors they have heard and seen all the evidence and to base their verdict on that evidence. >> it did not concern me because the videotape clearly showed that whoever is alleged to be my client inside the bar was unharmed. i'm confident when they review the video tomorrow they will answer their own questions. >> gary collins, and jerome williams, and charles mcganey of face murder charges. they are hoping that jurors will agree that surveillance video and dna evidence investigators found on latex gloves and a bandana will prove the three and committed the crime. >> is tough.

31 degrees with the record low which is the earliest it has ever gone below freezing in baltimore. a storm off the coast is trying to move north, behind that storms are back in the mountains which are keeping the storms down. they are about ready to drop into the 40's. we have seen some upper for the's across pennsylvania and even chillier out in the western mountains. 42-49 tonight with a chance for a sprinkle overnight. a coastal flood advisory for a few more hours on the coast because of onshore flow with the nor'easter moving up the coast. that will to lead -- continue to position itself off of new jersey bringing higher than normal tides about one-1.5 feet higher than normal. this will take about until
