11 minutes on the outer loop north east side. 12 minutes to travel on the west side outer loop from top to bottom. this is the white marsh area. still in great shape down towards the fort mchenry. no problems at the harbor tunnel. a smooth ride at liberty road on the west side. that is the latest on traffic pulse 11. >> a prominent baltimore city councilwoman has been removed from the tax, finance, and economic development committee which she chaired. >> jack young made the move. jennifer franciotti joins us live from city hall with the details. >> that police is essentially a guilty plea. -- that plea is essentially a guilty plea. lots chairing the committee, she asks two developers to cover the

cost of a public opinion poll. it was 12,005 $5. holton made no mention of that. two pleaded guilty to campaign violations last year. holton was fined $2,500. she is spirit a criminal conviction that could force her from office. she was charged with bribery. a judge dismissed that charge. that decision is in the appellate court and is still pending. >> these for campaign finance violations. in the grand scheme of things, they are relatively minor charges. we think the case needs to be resolved. >> last night at the city

clear things out. an area of low pressure and an area of low pressure in the upper level coming out of the ohio valley is still there. we will keep a chance for showers and clouds and chilly temperatures in the forecast all the way through the middle of the week. it looks better after that. difficult to pick up the low clouds, but they are out there. there is some drizzle, as well. nothing is showing up on the radar, but we do know there is some drizzle. the heaviest rain is up in pennsylvania and new york state and parts of ohio. we have a chance for showers in the picture this morning. 48 in westminster. we are going to add 10 degrees this afternoon.
