building. this could be a landmark decision. back in 2006, members of the westboro baptist church staged a protest regarding the u.s. policy on gays in the military. they demonstrated 1,000 feet from the funeral of matthew snyder appeared to maximize publicity for their cause. the question before the high court is whether the first amendment protects the protesters against civil claims. abert snyder won judgment, but it was overturned. >> there is a civilized way to express an opinion in america, but it does not involve inflecting emotional distress on others, intentionally harming a private citizen and a private funeral. it is not the constitutional right.

it will be breezy but much better than the last couple of days. the upper 60's and low 70's. overnight tonight, mostly clear and kind of chilly. temperatures will drop back into the 40's. tomorrow, a big area of high pressure will take control. it will be a fantastic close to the workweek, mid 70's. there will be no weather associated with this front and hardly any change with the temperatures going into the weekend. friday, saturday, and sunny, all drive. if you are going to the ravens game on sunday, it looks like good football weather. another system moves in on monday and tuesday. it will cool off as we head into the middle of next week. >> verizon is wrapping up plans

we will check the seven-day forecast coming up in just a few minutes. for now, to the news desk. >> women with very early form of breast cancer may be at a higher risk of developing it again if they have denser breast tissue. the increase was great as for the breast opposite of the one with the initial cancer. the reason for this, read women have more. of connective tissue which is harder to read on a mammogram. a simple swap of the cheat could be a new way to detect lung cancer. cheeked cells checked. using new technology, they were able to spot cancer cells and 80% of those with the disease.
