mother called 9112 said the break -- the baby was not breathing. jury deliberations continue in the trial of three suspects accused of killing ken harris. the jury is reportedly deadlocked. charles mcganey, gary collins, and jerome williams each faced 29 charges in the robbery at the haven lounge. a baltimore city jury has awarded a 23-year-old woman nearly $21 million. the jury found that marie carter suffered lead poisoning while living in a house on baltimore city. the case was based on circumstantial evidence. the award will be reduced because of the state's credit $50,000 cap on non-economic damages. -- $350,000 cap on non-economic
