>> wednesday, jurors said they were deadlocked. now appears that result would ever issues they had to cause that deadlock. they are moving forward. david ross, the judge, told jurors to keep going. thursday, deliberations continued. jurors sent no questions to the judge and did not indicate whether they were still stuck for moving forward. >> i would of thought they would be sending notes with the same statement. but since it did not do that, we are optimistic. >> i do not know what they're doing back there. obviously, they're taking their time. i think that is great. i appreciate that. question jurors are going over 50 pieces of evidence -- >> the jurors are going over 50 pieces of evidence. the jury must decide 29 charges for each defendant.

mclliams, collins, and bik geney committed a robbery and kenneth harris was shot in the upper back. defense tried to create doubt, claiming the police investigation was flawed. while dna of williams was found by a mask and dna from all three of them were found on bandanas and gloves were located near the robbery scene, no witness tie them to the shooting of paris or the armed robbery of a nightclub. >> my defendant is excited. he wants to get this over. i am in this edition. i am glad they're taking as much time as they are going through everything. but i am also going for a quicker resolution rather than a longer resolution. >> he is extremely anxious. >> they will be back again tomorrow to continue deliberating.

two governors, two different approaches. even in good times bob ehrlich didn't make education a priority. he increased college tuition by 40%, cut school construction by $200 million, and ehrlich voted to eliminate the department of education while serving in congress. but in the toughest of times, martin o'malley has made record investments in public schools, new school construction, and o'malley froze college tuition four years in a row. with martin o'malley, our children always come first.

it starts tonight and runs through friday. if you would like more information, it is posted on our website, wbaltv.com. >> temperatures responded to the abundant sunshine today. this will last through the weekend. we could probably take out some of the strong gusty wind we had in the afternoon. the morning low temperatures were in the low-50's. the high was in the mid-70's. it was a normal early-october day. you can see the clear skies on our satellite imagery. high pressure is building in. we get a westerly breeze or a northwest wind coming from the mountain. it compresses the air and dries it out.

you can see the cloud cover on the mountains. as high pressure moves in, we will not see much in the way of cloudiness or rain for the next several days. gusts are up to 20 m.p.h. it is rather breezy on the eastern shore. they have been quite comfortable as far as temperatures go. it is in the mid-60's in the northern baltimore county. los of nepos is natural for -- low-70's is natural for these afternoons. here is the cloudy wet weather that started this week. it is moving out. of that strong large area of high pressure moves across the region.

it is pretty typical for the month of october to get these expensive areas of high pressure and extended stretches of dry weather. we have a couple of clouds around noon on saturday. it is a week dry front sliding south. other than that, the next several days, there is not much in the way of storms or weather systems moving through. the sun is up at 7:09 a.m. it is the autumn gloried festival weekend out at geert canyon. they will have some perfect weather out there with the changing leaf colors. it will be chilly at night and warm during the day. around the bay, 75 degrees and sunshine tomorrow. the lower eastern show is -- the

lower eastern shore is hard to beat. out on the tropics, there is a storm to track. the 15th storm is otto. the wind is coming up to 60 miles per hour near the small center of this storm. thankfully, it is moving away from the u.s. and stay well to the south and east of bermuda as it heads for the central atlantic over the weekend. there are calls for 75-degree temperatures tomorrow and saturday with mainly sunny skies. beautiful football weather on sunday with 73 degrees and sunshine. there is a chance for a shower, but not until late in the day on monday. it is a 20% chance. that will linger into tuesday. then a more organized weather system will run for wednesday and thursday and a better chance for showers. >> ravens the defense have to zero in on two factors to

after months of martin o'malley telling us "maryland is moving forward," "and moving maryland forward" this jobs report tells the truth maryland's economy stalled "we face an uphill struggle in trying to regain the jobs lost" o'malley attempts a cover-up, falsifying the jobs report to help his campaign. "whatever we can do to make it disappear, we need to do it. that's coming straight from the top" martin o'malley, first he makes stuff up, when caught, he covers stuff up. we need a governor who tells the truth.

i'm frank kratovil and i approve this message. the real andy harris. buried in his website - a promise to replace the tax code with a 23% sales tax and eliminate the mortgage interest deduction. a bush tax panel said families would pay $6,000 more a year. a reagan tax advisor calls it a very dumb idea. but that's not his only bad idea. harris was the only senator to vote against expanding the child care tax credit and against the state's cancer treatment program. andy harris' extreme ideas will cost us.
