at 97see what's going on just south of the beltway. the left lane is closed. you can get by on the right side. flowing very well north and southbound at the fort mchenry. that is the latest on traffic pulse 11. now let's get the latest on the buses and the trains. >> looking very good on the light rail. marc trains as well. no delays on penn, camden, and brunswick lines so far. the 24 and the 46 and 13 buses all running about 10 to 20 minutes late. the 22 bus is diverting. the 13 and five buses are diverting at utah streak -- eutaw st.. >> things are pretty quiet for us. you'll notice a change in the temperature department. we have been in the 80's.
