of a different kind. smoke could be seen coming out of will one of the events of the fort mchenry tunnel. a school bus caught fire and turned the busy corridor into a virtual parking lot. >> it was a battered of getting folks out of their cars that were behind the bus as quickly as possible and getting detours set up. >> everybody is steaming up around appear. i wish i had a grill to fire up some hamburgers. >> make it a town getting even. no children were on board the bus. engineers say the tunnel is structurally sound although it did suffer some smoke damage. sarah has been reporting all the lanes in the tunnel are now back open. a worker is being treated this morning after being seriously injured on the job.

it happened yesterday evening. the person was working on power lines when he suffered burns to nearly 60% of his body. >> testimony will resume in the trial of a man accused of killing his wife five years ago. jennifer franciotti has more. >> tracey tetso was on her way to way motley crue concert when she disappeared. she was going to the concert with her lover. a majority of her cell phone recordings that night and the day after far from her lover, not her husband. friends and family members took the stand on tuesday. her husband did not take part in any of these searches for tracy. the defense did manage to suppress evidence the prosecution is hoping to show

premeditation. >> they were trying to get in some joking comments made by my client years ago about what would the effects of a stun gun could be. they were trying to introduce that to show what they can't show, which is premeditation in some sort of crime. >> prosecutors do not have a body. never has been found. reporting live, jennifer franciotti. >> police need some help finding a man, they say has robbed several convenience stores in the hamilton area. these were pictures taken in july and august. police believe this man has robbed the stores at least four times. >> the suspect appears to have gone into the stores after midnight. the clerk is in there by themselves. the suspect is normally armed with a gun and sometimes with a knife. >> police are concerned because

we have the runners. they are 21 going to be running the baltimore marathon for the second consecutive year. they have a five-mile run. they are now back and relaxing. you're the executive director of the helping up mission. more than 40 people are staying there. >> i am running the half marathon on sunday. i am hoping to raise funds to help the man here at the mission. >> this has been successful for you. there is a goal and purpose of. >> there are so many ingredients in running that can be applied to the spiritual recovery program. having a coach. the support of the group as you are doing it. and the daily training is important. all of those ingredients apply

things are pretty quiet this morning. it does feel like october. it is in the upper 40 + and low 50's. 44 in taneytown. take a light jacket with you. we have high pressure coming down the east coast. here is the front that came through yesterday. installed across virginia. we will be just fine as far as the weather goes. i think we can call it mostly sunny today. some of this rain will catch up to us as early as tonight, after midnight. the best chance for rain will be on thursday. mid to upper 60's today. the average high is 68. sunrise coming up at 7:14. we will see a chance for some rain after midnight with

within 60 days. the obama administration has that long to appeal the decision. a disturbing twist in the investigation of an american. david hartley was reportedly shot and killed by mexican pirates last weekend. authorities say the head of one of the investigators was found in the suitcase outside the mexican army base. drug cartels have long used the headings -- have long used the headings -- beheadings. there was a tie up when a band boss turned sideways, blocking three lanes of traffic. the traffic was backed up for more than a mile. now the band will have to face charges of unlawful assembly.
