refinance, they increase their mortgage from $1,500 a month to $4,000. they say their credit was good and that there were getting foreclosure notices. they hired an attorney who found a common theme in at least two others. four maryland attorneys are -- there are hundreds if not thousands of documents to be filed as part of foreclosure proceedings. >> there was fraud through this. i mean, everyone of them falsified these documents by having other people sign for them. the signatures never matched up. >> the attorney says as many as 10,000 people could be affected. the attorneys listed include howard purine and carry ward.

none could be reached for comment. >> thank you. there was a shooting in west baltimore. this happened at 10:00 p.m. last night. one adult male was shot. there is no word on any possible suspect or motive. a man is behind bars accused of stabbing three students and his brother. the victims started fighting inside a parked in college park. the man reportedly stabbed them. he is scheduled to appear in court today. >> rescue crews in chile have finally freed the last of the miners trapped underneath the service. the last took a breath of fresh air around 11:30 last night. the men have been trapped

playground last week and aimed at three boys and an adult but the gun jammed. judge has set bail at $10 million. >> a man charged with trying to blow up a plane in detroit is scheduled to be in court today. he will be in court for a status hearing. the judge may set a trial date at that time. abdulmutallab told the court he wanted to fire his attorneys and that's request was granted. he is accused of trying to set off a bomb hidden in his underwear on december 25. >> police arrested a man that blocked his daughter in a shed. the man is charged with custodial interference. the mother of the girl filed a missing person's report three

take a wider view. the range extends from western pennsylvania all the way to the carolinas. this is the beginning of what will become a big storm on the coast. last night, the skies were clear. the temperatures dropped off into the 40's. this initial area of low pressure will fade away and transfer its energy to a storm on the coast that will become a strong nor'easter. in the short term, most of their rain should be fairly light. upper 40's right now near the city. it is 60 at annapolis right now. rain is likely today into this afternoon. the high temperatures only between 55 and 60 degrees. rainshowers likely tonight with

>> the trial of the man accused of killing his white continues today. phones arguments were played yesterday. the recordings show dennis' controlling behavior toward his wife. several witnesses were called, including a bank fraud investigator who said their work withdraws from tracey's account. prosecutors are considering that relationship the motive for dennis tetso. >> a man was killed after a double shooting yesterday. officers were called to northeast where they found two employees with gunshot wounds. larry hutchins died of his injuries. the suspect is still at large.

witnesses say he was wearing a dpw uniform. a man is recovering after being stabbed inside a home. this happened yesterday morning. witnesses say the victim was stabbed. police say they believe this was a domestic-related incident. a young child said she was sexually assaulted while leaving a playground in colombia. four men grabbed the girl and sexually assaulted her near basket ring road. the girl reported the incident to a family member. if you have any information, you are urged to contact the howard county police. was brought miner to the surface last night.

morning. it is an incredible popular place for people to train, walked, and run. this is a popular spot for them. it is a spot between mile 20 and at mile 21. it is between mile seven and mile paid for the half marathon. it is nice and fought around the lake and it has a beautiful view. runners are so focused they do not always enjoyed the few. they get in that zone. it is a nice way to pick up a little speed. it is the halfway mark in the half marathon. it is a good place to pick up your pace.

we're still talking about the baltimore marathon. people try to peak for the race. it will be kind of loosening up the next couple of days before the big day on saturday. it is the 10th anniversary of the baltimore marathon. there are 100 runners who of participated all 10 years. our own meteorologist is one of them. he has still participated every year due to the half or the fall. there are 32 people who have done the full marathon all 10 years. they will be honored and running up there with the elite runners and get their big numbers one through 100. that will be a good experience for them. we're still getting you ready, only two more days to go.
