road. the girl was assaulted. anyone with information is urged to call police in maryland. >> the doctor who transported his patients from new jersey to maryland to perform abortions has had his license suspended. he was manipulative and deceptive when he began procedures in new jersey and then brought his patients to offices in elkton. documents show he never told his patients there would be traveling 60 miles south to complete the procedure. the doctor said he will appeal the decision. >> the last three months reported a record number of foreclosures. a lawsuit being filed accuses several maryland attorneys of falsifying documents.

jennifer franciotti joins us live with more on that story. >> one of the family's live-in pasadena. when it went to refinance with the thought was a good deal, the bond up increasing their monthly mortgage payment from $1,500 to $4,000. there were getting phone calls and threatening foreclosure notices. they hired an attorney that found a common theme in at least two others. four maryland attorneys are accused of filing false mortgage documents. this is part of foreclosure proceedings in front of maryland state court. >> there was fraud all the wayi mean, every one of them falsified these documents by having other people sign for them. and the signatures never matched up.

year. there are bands out there and people cheering you the entire time. people, 100 people have done this running the festival every of the nine years so far and are doing it so far again this 10th year. those will be honored and they will have the honor of starting up with the elite runners this weekend. 32 of those 100 have completed the entire marathon all nine years so far. all of the runners are waiting and carbo-loading as they store up their energy and get ready to compete on saturday. we have one inclement weather day. we will see these showers infiltrate the area. you can see them in the next
