a nice start out there in terms of problems. we have construction that we had yesterday morning in place. double lane closures of what guilford avenue between saratoga and lexington. those closures will remain in effect until the next month. in terms of traffic on the north side, no delays at all. west side is 50 miles per hour. everything moving well on the j.f.x.. drive times at 12 minutes on the outer loop northeast side. 10 minutes to travel southbound on 95 down to 32. this is 97 to the glen bernie. at 100. north and southbound traffic looks good on 97. this is the west side and so far so good there at 70. that is the latest on traffic pulse 11. >> after years of talk, the market house in annapolis will soon be brought back to life.

>> a new developer has a plan that includes a mix of new merchants and new management. kim dacey is live with more on that. >> good morning. eight new blueprint was unveiled last night for the 500- square-foot facility. the market had closed at 6:00 p.m. when it's only two merchant closed up shop. some blame competition from supermarket chains as to why the market has foundered. the developer and his company have a plan to turn things around. he has overseen similar projects including grand central terminal in new york. his vision begins with air- conditioning overhaul and accordion doors. the plan also calls for a seafood and raw board with a liquor license. and that is not all.

>> take some of these spaces that are just parking and let people sell produce and whatever they bring in from the farms out here. expand. and really make it a more important place just within these walls. >> the market will shut down some time after the holidays for those renovations. they plan to reopen in the spring with a dozen merchants. >> police are investigating the shooting in southeast baltimore. this was on o'donnell st. just before 1:30 this morning per it is a victim was found suffering from a gunshot wound. >> fire officials are determined what caused a devastating house fire in fallston. this was around 3:30 yesterday afternoon. the flames are eating away at the roof on this home.

nobody was injured. the fire did some $600,000 in damage. in baltimore county, a woman is recovering after jumping from the second floor of her home. the fire broke out in woodlawn. the fire started in the kitchen. thanks to some bushes that broke her fall, she suffered only minor injuries. >> a man sentenced to 12 years after terrorizing a mother and her children. juan carlos conseco-figueroa broke into an apartment on rosewood street, attacked the mother with a pair of nice. police broke down the door as he attempted to sexually assault the woman's knees. he will be deported to mexico because of the president visits indonesia today. it is the nation where he lived

for four years as a child. kate amara has more on the story. >> this trip has been postponed before. to shorten his visit to indonesia because of concerns about volcanic ash. first, india. today, indonesia. it's the second leg of president barack obama's four- nation, 10-day asian tour, a trip designed to boost economic and security ties in the region. >> now our two nations have a chance to do what many also thought was impossible, and that is to build a global partnership in a new century. >> it's a quick trip, just 24 hours on the ground in jakarta. but the agenda is designed to show president obama is committed to bridging the divide between the muslim world and the west. obama and his indonesian counterpart are expected to sign a comprehensive partnership. agreed to a year ago, the pact issues.
