reached a settlement. st. joseph medical center will repay $22 million it received from medicaid and medicare for unnecessary stents implanted. those procedures were performed by a doctor, a surgeon who is no longer employed by the hospital. he has filed his own lawsuit against the hospital. he said his practice has been scapegoat it and all this procedures were medically necessary. >> there was a shooting before midnight. investigators found a 25-year- old victim injured by gunfire. he was rushed to hopkins hospital but did not survive. >> neighbors are on edge this morning in court a woman was raped by taking out her trash. the woman was walking back to her apartment on scenic metal drive monday evening when a man

one woman said her right to free speech cost her her job when she made her grievances public on facebook. she was upset the ambulance company sheet or for denied her a union representative. she went to facebook and told the world. she was fired for violating policy about making-comments about the company. that is illegal. she is being represented in court. >> she did it on your own time on her own resources and that is what makes the case different. >> customers, people who might have availed themselves of this employers services, but now there will think twice because the soulless facebook posting or this twitter. >> the company does have a right to protect his name and image. the policy is to go abroad. that brings us to our water cooler question of the day. do you think it was unfair for a

midnight. investigators were called to round hill road. they found a 25-year-old victim critically injured by gunfire. he did not survive. there is no word on a suspect or a possible motive for the shooting. a hospital at the center of a lawsuit has reached a multimillion-dollar settlement. st. joseph's medical center will repay $22 million it received from medicaid and medicare for medically unnecessary stents implanted in heart patients. those procedures were performed by aced surgeon who is no longer employed by the hospital. the doctor has filed his own lawsuit against the hospital saying he and his practice has been scaled coated. a conn embolus company employee is taking her employer to court after they -- a connecticut ambulance employee is taking her employer to court after they
