outside centerpoint. it is a bit tough to say. this is 95 in the white march region. so far running smoothly. that is the latest on traffic pulse 11. . -- in the white marsh region. >> a violent weekend in baltimore city. >> six people were shot. kim dacey is live at police headquarters with the details. good morning. >> two people are dead, five others injured as a result of the violence. it was a busy weekend for city police officers. a rash of violence broke out early on west baltimore street. one person was shot in the head. he was rushed to hospital where he later died. later, a man walked into a hospital for treatment. he had been shot on east lafayette street.

and 18-year-old show up at a hospital, suffering from gunshot wound. another man was shot. david hawkins was stabbed in the back around 10:00 p.m. saturday night. this was on southeast avenue, east of patterson park. he later died. according to police, the victim and a friend had a confrontation. somebody inside the car and shot the boy in the stomach. he is listed in serious but stable condition. police were called to the 70- reebok where a man was shot in the leg and possibly the arm. he was taken to the hospital. please do not have possible motives that have not made any arrests. if you have any information, contact city police. reporting live, kim dacey, wbal- tv 11 news. >> thank you.

three suspects are charged in connection with a stabbing at anne arundel mall. an 18-year-old man was stabbed after a fight. the three suspects are being identified. keyo marlo allen and deandre jamar simms and an unnamed juvenile. >> friends of victims killed from a deadly are speaking out. they are trying to allow one of the victims to be sent home to his mother. two people worked overnight at the body shop. friends are trying to have enough money to send one money back -- to send one body back to honduras. >> it doesn't make any sense to have the body here without the family. they can take flowers tor him

early saturday morning in the 1900 block of west baltimore street. one person was shot in the head just before 2:00. he was rushed to a hospital where he later died. just a short time later, a 41- year-old man walked into a hospital for treatment. he told police he was shot in the 1800 block of east lafayette street. and an 18-year-old showed up at a hospital early saturday afternoon, suffering from a gunshot wound to the hip. another man was shot saturday afternoon in the 1400 block of argyle avenue 19-year-old david hopkins was stabbed in the back around 10:00 saturday night in the 400 block of southeast avenue, a few blocks east of patterson park. he later died. and a 16-year-old boy was shot near st. paul and lexington streets. according to police, the victim and a friend had a confrontation with a passing car. somebody inside that car shot the boy in the stomach. he is listed in serious but stable condition. late sunday afternoon, police were called to the 1700 block of north alamont street. a man was shot in the leg and

every weekend. he found out about his tumor last thanksgiving after suffering a seizure. the tumor is grade 3. surgery was immediate. he is doing well, cancer free. tumors like this are often recovering. he has learned to never let a diagnosis stop him. >> i want to see my daughter get married. i want grandkids. >> he even says it has been an honor because he has been able to share his faith with even more people. >> patients whose sleep apnea go untreated could be causing damage to their brain. brain scans were compared. significant reductions in brain matter in the brains of patients. these patients did worse in memory at board trouble with abstract reasoning. sleep apneaeir
