>> live, local, late breaking, this is wbal-tv 11 news in hd. >> did afternoon. we begin with the developing story out of prince george's county. the fbi has arrested three county police officers with the six other defendants. we're told the charges include corruption, drug trafficking, and firearms. two indictments were released

this morning the first charges and howard county liquor store owner which pay officers in exchange for them using their authority to transport untaxed cigarettes and a call into maryland. that six the forfeiture of $3.5 million, 25 properties, 13 vehicles, and 84 bank accounts. the second indictment charges two defendants, including one of the officers, with drugs and firearms officials said the arrests are part of an ongoing investigation in the county. they have not confirmed whether the arrests are related to last week's arrests of prince george's county executive jack johnson. we're following developments and will have the latest tonight at 5 and 6. a violent weekend in baltimore city. six pple were shot and one person stabbed. a reporter has the details. >> a rash of violence broke out early saturday morning in the 1900 block of west baltimore street. the 34 year-old man was shot in the head just before two o'clock. he was rushed to the hospital

where he later died. a short time later, a 41-year- old man walked into the hospital for treatment. he told police he was shot in the 1800 block of east lafayette street. an 18-year-old showed up at the hospital early saturday afternoon, suffering from a gunshot wound to the head. another man was shot saturday afternoon 94 denied reports of argyle ave. the 19-year-old was stabbed around the back around 10:00 p.m. saturday night in the four hundred block of south east avenue, a few blocks two past -- eased to paterson part. he later died. it 16-year-old boy was shot at the st. paul and legs again strayed. there was a cop -- and lexington street. there was a confrontation with a car. the boy is in serious but stable edition. police were called to the 1700 block of north alemont street. a man was shot in the leg and possibly the arm. he was taken to a nearby hospital. police have no possible motives

and have not made any arrestsk anyim, wbal-tv 11 news. >> police made an arrest in saturday afternoon's stabbing death. 44- dwayne hopkins was arrested and charged yesterday. the suspect is the victim's uncle. the stabbing happened during a family argument. about two weeks ago, police discovered a man shot dead in eight tow truck in west baltimore. last night, more than 50 drivers from around the city and county drove down the street to pay respect to the 23-year-old man. his family is the time to pass out fliers in hopes of finding someone who can help track down the shooter. he had been on the job less than two weeks. family and friends describe him as adventures, brave, and always willing to offer a helping hand. >> to have him shot down nine cold-blooded murder is just unbelievable. it has been awful. i mean, we buried andy in the same cemetery, the same gray

spots as his other two brothers. so the three brothers are together. it is an incomprehensible. >> the murder is under investigation. police have no leads. abx information, call metro crime stoppers. three suspects charged this connection to a stabbing saturday inside arundel mills mall. police were called to the food court after an 18-room man was stabbed during a fight. the victim was stabbed in the back and was treated and released. the three suspects are identified as a 17-year-old man, a 20-roman, and another unnamed juvenile. baltimore county police are searching for the person who fired several shots with a bb gun at car windshields this weekend. one driver was injured when the glass shattered and entered their eye. it happened sunday at around 4 near the warren road bridge. no other injuries were reported. friends of the victims killed in

the deadly august of fire are speaking out, trying to convince officials to allow one of the victims' bodies to be sent home to his mother. the fire broke out around 9:30 wednesday morning. a 45-year-old man and 17-room and worked overnight at the body shop and often slept there. friends are trying to raise the money to have ramos' body sent back to honduras per his mother's request. >> because he does not have no family here. at least they can bury him up there and take flowers to him. >> he was his mother's only son. friends describe him as a fine kid and a hard worker. fire investigators in harford county are trying to find a were caused a fire that destroyed a bellaire home. these photos were sent by a u local member. firefighters responded and took them 20 minutes to get the blaze under control.

fortunately, no one was home at the time and no firefighters were injured. baltimore county police are investigating a deadly accident in sparks. it happened just before 7:00 a.m. this morning on york road near loveton circle. two cars crashed. one victim was killed. the second victim was taken to the hospital. york road was closed for several hours for investigation. police believed speed and alcohol were factors in a deadly crash in carroll county yesterday morning around 6:30 a.m. in the 1100 block of stone road. police said the driver was driving north when he lost control. he entered the southbound lanes before running off the road, hitting two trees. gomez was pronounced dead at the scene. ♪ >> welcome to the story of the morning was the dense fog we had blanketing the area. that started to dissipate. but the clouds are hanging on over the area. we will be lucky if we see any of the sun break today. but we will not likely see that

>> the search for a missing 13- year-old in ohio as ended. after five days of searching, investigators found sarah maynard out a gag dine the basement at the home of a 30- room man. she is listed in good condition. police hope that he will be the to sarah's mother, 10-year-old brother, and a friend who all went missing the same day as sarah. a house party ends with the death of a teenager atlanta. the 18-relish shot and killed and two other teenagers injured, apparently during a fight at a home which had been turned into a nightclub. police have arrested one suspect in the shooting. police reportedly responded to the house earlier in the evening after receiving a noise complaint and thought the party had broken up. this is the second weekend in a row that an atlanta area party has turned deadly. last weekend, an 18-year-old was beaten to death. a planned to rob a medical marijuana dispensaries goes up in smoke in colorado springs.
