officers to distribute untaxed cigarettes and alcohol. two of the officers are charged with distortion. on friday, jack johnson and his wife, just elected to the county council, were arrested on charges of witness tampering. attorneys are keeping mum on whether the johnson arrests are related to the other arrests. >> we're not going to talk about any connections among these investigations. >> authorities are seeking the forfeiture of $3.5 million, 13 vehicles, and 84 bank accounts that were used to facilitate criminal acts. kim dacey, wbal-tv 11 news. >> thank you. one person is in custody in a deadly shooting that happened

friday night. the search continues for three others believed to be involved. flores was visiting a friend when four masked men walked in and announced a holdup. he would have turned 21 on saturday. >> he was the person that everybody wanted to hang out with. he was a great person. i will miss him dearly. >> the man in custody is charged in this murder. anyone with information should call police. >> 5 inmates were steps in a baltimore prison. it happened last night. a maryland corrections spokesperson said no officers were hurt and none of the injuries were life-threatening. this man is accused of killing brian stevenson back in october. police said it happened when james through a piece of

concrete at stevenson's had. this stand over an argument over a parking space. >> a man broke into the vehicle of the husband of mayor stephanie rawlings-blake. a satellite radio worth several hundred dollars was stolen. police say anthony thomas was picked up and he admitted to the break-in. >> students at a high school in fairfax county well-liked harder time filling a course. officials have changed their grading system. instead of getting an f, students will get an i which stands for incomplete. that brings us to our water cooler question of the day. what do you think about the idea of replacing the "f" with an "i" for incomplete on student report cards?

there is a front stalled off to the south. that is triggering the rain we have at the present time. in area of low pressure is coming out of the gulf of mexico. it is gone to travel up the east coast, to the west of baltimore. i think the best chance for heavy rain will come in later this afternoon and into tonight. we do have some cloud cover and light rain showers. it will make a difficult -- it will be difficult for the temperatures to move. maybe the mid 50's this afternoon. it is 48 at the airport and 49 degrees in rock hall. rain is likely. otherwise cloudy and cool. sunrise this morning at 6:51. rain is likely overnight. areas of fog will develop. not much movement in the temperatures, even overnight. the storm will be pulling away

the county executive and his wife last week. attorneys are not confirm whether those arrests are connected. kim dacey is live with more on the investigation. >> extortion, cocaine, and gun charges are some of the charges. >> u.s. attorney rob rosenstein unsealed two indictments yesterday in an expanding corruption probe of prince george's county government. >> police officers are given badges and guns to prevent crimes. the indictments allege these three police officers used their badges and guns to commit crimes. the fbi arrested three prince george's police officers and six other defendants. >> the indictment charged these defendants agreed that they would pay police officers in exchange for using their official authority to assist in the transport and distribution

of untaxed cigarettes and alcohol. >> the other officer faces cocaine and gun charges. ided more thans rate two dozen facilities. 25 properties, 13 vehicles, and 84 bank accounts that are proceeds of crimes or were used to facilitate criminal acts. the question is whether any of this is tied to the rest of jack johnson and his wife, lesley. >> we have ongoing a series of related corruption investigations in prince george's county. we're not going to talk about what if any connection there might be among these investigations. >> the fbi took the johnson's into custody. according to federal court documents, it is in connection with a probe of providing things of dying to public officials in exchange for official favors.

a maryland woman was one of four people involved in a murder suicide. they were shot by their father. after the incident, the father turned the gun on himself. >> the skating rink that made headlines in august has closed its doors. skateworks faces a huge financial problems. the roller skating rink was revoked following the august rape allegation. >> people living near morgan state university want student and faculty out of their neighborhood. protesters stood on a corner all day monday with signs. residents say they're having difficulty finding parking spots near their homes because students take them. some told students exactly what
