we also want to mention a lot of speculation, of course, where and when, william and kate, when will they get married? where will they tie the norknot? >> i'm hearing that an announcement is coming, they're not saying exactly when, but when they do release the details, they're going to release them all at once of the i think they're holding out maybe for the weekend papers. right behind me, the westminster abbey is by far the favorite. i'm going to tell you about the history of westminster abbey. >> when they get married, they might be thinking about a place here in the states. so barbara corcoran has some of the best homes out there, show you what's on the market.

four days after authorities found the mother's 13-year-old daughter bound and gagged in the basement of a 40-year-old tree trimmer. the tsa is under fire for invasive pat downs and revealing body scans at security checkpoints. the public backlash is considering smaller airports to get rid of tsa agents completely in favor of private guards. the guessing game continues over whether prince william and kate middleton will be married next year, actually where they will be married next year. natalee, what more can you tell us? >> reporter: i can tell you the pressure is certainly on the palace right now to answer those questions, where and when. as i mentioned, we're told that that decision could come

shortly, we're told that they actually do favor a place. the odds on favorites, the bookmakers are saying it will be westminster abbey, that is not with certainty, but it is the church of royalty, one thing that is certain here, when the royal wedding happens, the whole world will be watching. westminster abbey, the great church of kings and queens, where royals are christened, crowned, married and buried. now it will host the wedding of the century, a wedding that's a delicate balancing act for william and kate. the queen is aware of the country's economic woes, but also wants to give the country a boost. >> by all standards, it's going to be very grand, but by royal wedding standards, it's going to be -- it won't be over the top. >> the queen and prince charles

are expected to foot much of the bill, already expected to exceed $40 million. it is likely several heads of states including president and michelle obama will be invited. last time millions around the world watched prince william walk down the aisle of westminster abbey, he was a 15-year-old boy who just lost his mother. walking behind her coffin along with little prince harry. that painful memory will soon be replaced by a joyous one now by a man of 28 who will become a husband and a future king. it is one of the country's most famous churches. >> the ties with the church runs very, very deep. >> reporter: 17 monarchs are entombed there, including the body of mary, queen of scotts, and queen elizabeth i who signed

her death warrant. both prince william's grandmother and great grandmother were married here. it was the first time television cameras were allowed to capture a royal wedding. five years later, also in the abbey, elizabeth was crowned queen. one wedding that did not take place in the abbey, that of prince charles and lady diana in 1981, they chose st. paul t larger cathedral which allowed for their enormous wedding, along with diana's 25-foot train. britains are hopeful that william and kate's more modest royal marriage will stand the test of time. meantime, the british prime minister has declared that the wedding day will be a national day of celebration and also a british holiday so that

turn out differently, that's okay. >> and a lot of people have one relative that really can get to you. >> you know your sister's coming and she's gained a little bit of weight. since you know what's coming, i say preprepare. come up with some lines that are not attacking, where you just set a limit. you know what, i don't really want to talk about that right now, but let's set the table. let's do this. just set a limit like this isn't a really good time. but if you do want to talk about that, i'm happy to talk about that later, but for now--you also want to avoid putting yourself last, women are kind of notorious for this, but we tend to not sleep so much during the holidays, not exercise because we're doing other things, we stuff ourselves with things that we know aren't good for us. we drink too much alcohol because there are all those

parties. if you stop taking care of yourself during the holidays you're going to feel worse and you're going to be more on edge and you're more likely to have an emotional blowup. so just leading up to it, get good sleep, try to eat better. you? need to decompress because you'll emotionally be able to stay more intact. >> and house guests, that's tricky because it's very hard to say to someone, you know, i think it might be better if you didn't stay here, if you found a hotel. or if you stay at so-and-so's house. but at the end of the holiday, if there's going to be a blowup, it's less tough than having it all disintegrate. don't let them be your guest 24/7. these hours of the day are a
