he did not get the maximum sentence, which would have been 30 years. after 18 years, he will serve five years' probation. his attorneys are working on an appeal. our sister station in baltimore reports of police are investigating whether delvonte tisdale might have fallen from an airplane wheel well. his body was found in a town outside of boston, and was so mutilated, investigators could not determine a cause of death. family members believe he may have been trying to get back to baltimore. a maryland physical therapist is charged with sexually assaulting a patient. jeffrey maupin was caught on tape molesting. the daughter says she set up surveillance after her mother complained. he faces third and fourth degree

sex offenses. he has been released on bond. baltimore city police have their hands full with a number of shootings. an investigation is under way on the 1500 block of west north avenue. there is no word on the victim's condition. a deadly shooting was reported not too far away. there is no word if the shootings were connected. both remain under investigation. in east baltimore, a victim was taken to the hospital after being shot in the back around 9:30 p.m. last night. there is no word on their condition, or a suspect. it might not be the most popular decision, but the go ahead has been given for the shopping center featuring a walmart. jennifer franciotti has more.
