we have seen some sunshine peeking through that high-thin cloud deck. usually, we want the sunshine. today, it is just a helping to create some instability in the atmosphere. we have a coal plant and some thunderstorms on the other side of -- cold front and some thunderstorms on the other side of the mountains. this should intensify as they move to these. they are unstable with temperatures moving into the 80's and the dewpoint into the 60's. there it is a chance for severe weather later on today. this front is stalled right now across western pennsylvania and into ohio. this is the dividing line between the summer air mess we're in and the winter-like air mass in the great lakes. were they bump together, that is where you get the activity. that collision could happen this afternoon and into this evening. the storm prediction center thinks that the bull's-eye for severe weather around the
