the officers of forcing him into an unmarked van, leaving him in howard county. he claimed the officers lied -- left can in east baltimore. both were 15 years old at the time. the judge focused on the misconduct charges. the judge ruled that he did not commit malfeasance. the judge did believe that he -- the charges did not include nonfeasance. the judge said the essence of police work is in treating people with respect. highhanded cowboy tactics is the exact opposite of good police work. and this case, in the dark and rainy night, a 15-year-old child was found without she is 11 miles from his home.

thunderstorms going in the mountains in the north and west. to the east of that a thunderstorm activity, it is kind of warm. it does cool off one to get into that rain in western pennsylvania, western maryland. some earlier readings in the 70's and now into the 50's. a lot of lightning associated with it. there could be some gusty winds associated with those kinds of storms. there is a severe thunderstorm watch in effect in the western parts of maryland and in western pennsylvania. the pink shaded area is the severe thunderstorm watch. it goes down into the panhandle of west virginia, up into central pennsylvania. it looks like the storms are off to the west and will be tracking

north east, staying in the pink shaded area to the north and west of baltimore. another collision of air masses, we are seeing temperatures and 80 paused here, it is only 48 degrees in parts burk right now. 49 degrees in syracuse. making its way slowly towards baltimore tonight'. a lot of rain is falling on the cooler west side of this front. 81 -- 82 in frederick. 55 degrees in oakland. that weather will last into tomorrow morning. it may not move out until the early afternoon tomorrow. that will keep the temperatures down. 51-56 for the love tonight. it will not give a whole lot warmer than that.

the pollen count today was into the high to very high range. there is the front, stretching from western new york. thankfully, it is not as severe as the last front that moved through last week. but there are still some major thunderstorms. once the get that system off the coast, the skies will can -- the skies will clear. thursday looks like a beautiful day, maybe the best day of the entire work week. copper 60's to around 70. a fast-moving system moving in on friday. it will bring another round of showers as we get closer to the weekend. in northwest wind at 10-20 miles per hour.

by 8:00 or 9:00, the western part of the state is starting to dry out a little bit. it looks like it'll be kind of what to start the day. stop west wins will shift to the northwest when the front goes by. hopefully, it will kick out some of this very high pollen count. the cold front, you can see it moving up the satellite imagery, from new england to the gulf coast. it clears out nicely, but it is chilly here. the rain is off the coast tomorrow afternoon and the sky will begin to clear. temperatures tomorrow night will drop into the 40's. setting this up for a nice thursday. it should be a beautiful day on thursday before the next system quickly moves in the. itwere in the 80's today,
