this line is moving very slowly to the east. in not helping with the temperatures, but at least it will be nice to see the sun in some areas. this is slowly marching up the east coast. a lot of rain in but it in here, but no severe change. this is moving up ohio and parts of virginia. most of that will stay west of us. i think we will get sunshine to break through the clouds this afternoon. it will still be breezy in chile. temperatures in the '50s. when you factor in the northwest wind, it will feel even cooler than that. you can see the clouds breaking up on the visible satellite, especially in the western suburbs. you could see the difference in the temperatures. 55 in frederick. the sun has been out longer.

lower 50s in the eastern shore. we should be able to get into the upper 50s this afternoon. the average high temperature today is 71, so way below the mark. rain ending from west to east. northwest winds at 10 to 20 miles per hour will make it feel even cooler. clearing tonight and cold. the temperature will drop back into the upper thirties in the northwest suburbs. 40's for most of you. should be a nice day tomorrow. we will keep the cool regime in place, but high temperature will be in place. and then we are watching an almost klipper like system coming through. most mothers day weekend should be ok. it will not be picture-perfect. there could be a couple of showers, but most of it will be dry. friday, saturday, and sunday the
