when the bus crashes with the car in baltimore county. the crash happened shortly after 4:00 in rosedale. george lettis is live on the scene with the very latest. >> the mta bus in question is just about to be towed away. this is philadelphia road at the beltway in rosedale. that is the bus that was involved in the accident. the car that smacked into the back of good has already been towed away. 12 people have been sent to the hospital with what we have been told or non life-threatening injuries. police say 13 people were on the bus. 12 people including the driver of the red kia have been taken

to the hospital. >> my son said his head hurt. it hit the back of the sea. he was asleep, and i started walking down and then i came back. he was talking about his neck hurting and now they have him on the board on the stretcher. >> certainly a mother's day that family will never forget. the family of the female driver of the red kia is on the scene. they said that preliminarily, they understand that the brakes failed in her car. the police could not tell us how this all happened or whether anybody will be charged. again, 12 people taken to hospital, and police tell us they think everyone is going to be okay. >> it was one week ago today that u.s. forces ended osama bin
