assaulting six people. the pair were kidnapped back on may 10 from pulaski highway. the victim said there were held against their will for more than an hour. baltimore city police are questioning a person of interest in connection with a rape in mount vernon. this happened tuesday afternoon. a woman was moving into her apartment when she was attacked. >> in howard county, police are searching for the woman who finally attacked another woman and then took her purse. relative video was captured on may 29. officials offered a reward of up to $500 for any information that leads to an arrest.
