raindrops on your drive home tonight. we will check the seven-day forecast in just a few minutes. >> we're thankful for the dry roads this morning. nothing significant. we have police activity just past the valley brook road on the southwest side of the city. everything moving well on the west side even though the volume is building. 795 looks good. problem-free on 70. the harrisburg expressway looking great so far this morning. we have a buildup of volume on some of the area roads. moving without the light on the northeast side. this is wilkins avenue. we'll see some delays shortly. this is traffic in the area of 95 just south of mountain road. problem-free down towards

with a deal on the debt, the housing market could soon see a spike in foreclosures. that makes advocates for the minority community nervous. minorities are more likely to be foreclosed upon due to unemployment. the national bar association focused on foreclosures during the first day of its annual convention. the group is teaching its minority attorneys how to guide black and latino homeowners through the process, their rights, and the help that is out there. >> as a profession, we have a responsibility to make sure that as lawyers we go into the communities and help them. unfortunately, we have bad actors involved in this process. but we're hoping certainly to get lawyers engaged, law students engaged in this the pro bono activity. >> that activity could include encouraging clients to fight back and not just accept the paperwork they are given. there might be a spike in foreclosures because banks still have millions of them to

process. kim dacey, wbal-tv 11 news. >> police are investigating two deadly shootings that took place hours apart. the latest happened just before 4:30 this morning in southwest baltimore. 815-year-old -- a 15-year old was found dead at the scene. one man died at shock trauma. police will not tell us how they know the murders are related. a judge will consider whether to release a noted presidential historian. barry landau has been behind bars since he was picked up trying to smuggle documents. prosecutors feel he is a flight risk and are seeking to deny

bell. >> 29-year-old hassaan frank was found dead last friday morning on north ga st.y street. search teams have recovered the body of a body. charles ryder had not been seen since the jumping off a moving boat saturday evening. crews and found his body just after noon. that wasn't the only boating incident this weekend. three people were rushed to shock trauma. it happened just after midnight sunday morning. seven hours earlier, another boater had to be found to shock trauma after their boat overturned. >> investigators are trying to determine what started a house fire. crews responded to the fire on druid park drive.

the fire was quickly brought under control. nobody was home at the time. >> how young is too young to compete in child beauty pageants? 12? how about two months old? demonstrators in australia say children under 16 should be banned from entering beauty pageants. parents pay about $324 for their children to enter the passions. some who paid are as young as 2 months old. >> children are exposed to issues like body image, which is the number-one issue in australia for teenagers. >> government officials will view the event and report back to child welfare services. that brings us to our water cooler question of the day. what do you think is an appropriate age to allow

attorneys will try to convince the jury that he is mentally unstable. experts do not think the man accused of the shooting in norway can plead insanity. the head of the panel reviewing anders breivik's psychic evaluation believes that it is doubtful he was in a state of psychosis. it was said he planned the attack and it was years in the making. >> more and more job seekers are moving to where the jobs are. 10% say they plan to locate if that's what it took to find a new job. that is up almost 2%. more people would take a loss on a home in order to find a new

we're monitoring an accident on the west sid it is all off to the shoulder. it is in the outer loop at baltimore national pike. it is having an impact on the west side of a look. we will keep you posted. down to 57 on southbound 95 down from white marsh to the beltway northeast. harbor tunnel traffic looks good. northbound 95, a disabled vehicle on that ramp. the big problem in the outer loop. this is the backup as a result. you can see it is very slow. that is approaching the tractor- trailer accident. all lanes get by. this is 95 and a traffic moving well north and southbound in howard county. that is the latest on traffic pulse 11. >> so far so good on this
