is off to the side. tracking a possible vehicle fire on the inner loop just past perring parkway. hopefully they will not impact traffic too much. 56 miles per hour on 95 down towards the fort mchenry. not a bad ride on the west side. northbound 295 at 198. this is the northbound accident in harford county. it looks like it's in the process of being cleared. this is traffic and we're searching for a possible accident just past perring parkway. that is the latest on traffic pulse 11. back to you. >> thank you. it burned for more than a day. police say a fire at a tire shop was started following a fight among employees. >> kim dacey has more details. good morning. >> a bulldozer is the only

thing that remains were the tire shop used today. sources say there was a fight among employees just moments before the fire. one of those employees has been arrested, jason hicks. it wasn't long before a fire at west belvedere tire shop escalated. in may have been caused by an argument over a paintbrush. jason hicks and other workers have been using tarp and gasoline. apparently hicks got into an argument. that paint brush caught fire along with the tar and gasoline mixture they had been painting with. witnesses say hicks pulled out a lighter and everything caught on fire.

he tried taken the burning mixture out of the buildings and dropped it. 11 news when to hicks last known address but nobody answered the door. we also stop at the owner of the tire shop and nobody was home. one person was injured in that fire. it took several hours to constrain the flames. the building was destroyed in the process. charges include a first and second-degree arson and assault and reckless endangerment. kim dacey, wbal-tv 11 news. >> one person suffered from smoke inhalation after an apartment fire in columbia. this is not little patuxent parkway. two women had to be rescued from the building. no other injuries were reported. no word on a possible cause.

>> a police officer involved in a shooting. this happened just before 9:00 p.m. last night. police responded to reports of a man armed inside his home. police fired one defense of shot. one person is listed in critical condition. one man in stable condition after a shooting in annapolis. police say james wilson and guan brown were shot. no word on a possible motive or suspects. >> for many, facebook has taken over their lives. it has about 800 million users. facebook is flexing its political muscle, forming a political action committee and strengthening ties with those on

one of those employees, 35- year-old jason hicks, has been arrested. he is charged with arson. it wasn't long before a fire at this west belvedere tire shop escalated to three alarms last monday afternoon. sources tell 11 news that the blaze may have been caused by an argument over a paint brush. here's what we've learned. jason hicks and other workers have been using tar and gasoline to paint tires at the shop. apparently, hicks got into an argument over a paint brush being used by another worker. that paint brush eventually caught fire along with the tar and gasoline mixture they had been painting with. witnesses claim hicks pulled out a lighter, flicked it on, and everything caught fire. sources also say hicks tried taking the burning mixture out of the buildings and dropped it. police have since arrested and charged him in connection with the fire. 11 news went to hicks' last- known address to get a statement from relatives, but no one answered the door.
