a bleach fight at walmart. in the evacuation and 19 people rushed to the hospital. good evening. and that fight today turned is seriously dangerous for two dozen people. we have new details about how it started and who police have in custody. we are live outside the story tonight pose a big story. >> police say 33-year-old theresa jefferson through bleach on another woman. it is business as usual right now, but that was not the case as the store had to shut down for two hours. >> i was not really scared, but, you know, i had a baby so i had to get out. >> a shopping trip was cut short after a fight between two women spiraled out of control. theresa said -- to race

of charges including first and second-degree assault, theft, and malicious destruction of property. walmart said they do not expect this type of behavior from their customers. they apologize for the inconvenience. tonight, at mrs. jefferson still behind bars. >> to baltimore city where police officer is on leave after a deadly shooting in east baltimore. we are told a seven year veteran of the force responded to the 1800 block of hope st. rte. 1:30 this morning. there was a man with a gun who shot him. the suspect later died at the hospital. police say they also found a 51- year-old woman who was shot in the debt by the suspect. >> she was transported to a local hospital in stable condition. the suspect and the victim were

previously married. we are in the process of checking what ever previous domestic violence incidents were reported between them. >> there is no word tonight on the condition of the injured woman. police of at least the name of the suspect involved. a city police officer and a civilian are recovering after an accident in northwest baltimore. the police cruiser and a car collided at the intersection just before it o'clock tonight. both the officer and the driver were taken to the hospital with what police called minor injuries. no word on who was at fault. a man is dead tonight after a bike accident and anne arundel county. he was hit by a car driven by 64-year-old larry zesterman. alcohol and speed were not factors in the accident.

the jobs bill needs to explain why they would oppose something that we know would improve our economic situation. if republicans in congress think they have a better plan, they should prove it. >> the jobs plan would reduce payroll taxes for workers and employers, expand long-term benefits and spend money on public works projects. republicans are opposed to much of the spending and tax hikes included in the bill. >> he has already tried combined with a huge tax increase. this is a cynical ploy designed not to create jobs for americans but to save the president's own job. >> even if the bill survives the senate vote on tuesday, analysts believe it has no chance of getting to the house. another straw poll today in the republican race for the white house, when christian conservatives weighed in today, ron paul cannot do winner.
