police have not released the victim's identity. the man he was gunned down in east baltimore has died from his injuries. investigators say the victim was shot several times around 8:00 last night in the 1600 block of east 29th street. there is no word on a suspect or a motive in any of these cases. anyone with information is urged to call the city's homicide unit at 410-396, 2100. a new report reveals a lack of training after police involved shootings in baltimore city. the findings come from an expert panel that has been reviewing policies after a police-involved shooting outside a nightclub and genera. the report says the department has not done after action r eviews for years. those reviews are called for under the department's guidelines. governor martin o'malley

unveiled his version of the congressional redistricting map. they maintain true but not predominantly african-american distance, but avoids significant changes to a plan submitted by an advisory panel. it restored some of the current six and a congressional districts. the changes come after the state's black caucus met in annapolis today. a special session on congressional redistricting is said to begin on monday. occupy baltimore demonstrator received added support it during our rally downtown. moveon.org joined protesters. the organization says they are working towards the same goals of social justice and equality. >> i think there is a lot of latent frustration and anger that is not articulated. >> the creation of jobs, of the rehabilitation of our

as we showed you earlier, 25,000 runners in today's marathon. as they made it to the finish line, this guy from kenya captured first place in his first marathon. in the women's race, olena shurkno one for the second straight year. i give all of these runners a little bit of credit for being able to run a marathon. it's incredible what they are able to do. for this guy to win in his first marathon. >> unbelievable. i would love to say i would do it some time. i can get about 3 miles. that is amazing. >> you are better than me. i get three blocks. >> were next with the weather.
