year-old emily hauze who is originally from pennsylvania. they could not confirm whether she was living there. police were called sunday morning after somebody found the body at the bottom of the trash chutes. the second time in just over a year. another body was found in august of last year. kevin brown says at this point there is no indication of foul play appeared in a letter sent to residents explained that police were investigating an isolated incident. the trash chutes is only about 18 inches wide and an age floor of the building. >> the trash chutes are not that big. i don't see how a person could get in there in the first place. two times the same thing, it is unnerving. >> emily hauze is a recent

graduate of loyola university. autopsy results are expected sometime today. kim dacey, wbal-tv 11 news. >> a former pastor will spend life in prison for organizing the death of a blind man in baltimore. he pleaded guilty to orchestrating the 2009 murder in which wallace was picked up from his group home and shot dead in a group bathroom. he was sense to 45 years behind bars. two brothers were acquitted last month of executing the murder. standing order is set to testify in the corruption trial of ulysses currie. the first witness, timothy maloney, said nobody would call

forecast. a much better chance for rain tomorrow. about a learning more disturbing identity theft scheme. police say they have recovered as many as 50 forms of identification that point to it fraud scheme. this comes after the four adult victims were found shackled to a boiler in the basement of an apartment building. the three suspects face charges ranging from kidnapping to false imprisonment. >> in michigan father faces child abuse charges after his daughter is caught being is designated driver. they went inside to pay, the father bragged to the clerk about his daughter's driving skills and that he was too drunk to drive. >> ok.

death. residents are calling this bizarre and disturbing. police were called to the park charles building around 8:00 a.m. sunday morning after somebody made a gruesome discovery -- a body at the bottom of a trash chute. another body was found there in august of last year. according to police, the victim is emily hauze. kevin brown says there is no indication of foul play. a letter sent to residence on sunday explained that police were investigating an isolated incident that resulted in death. residents described the trash chute as ordinary. >> the trash chutes are not that big, where you put it in there, so -- i don't see how a person could get in there in the first place. so two times, the same thing, it's unnerving. >> accidentally? it is small.

carolina after an amber alert was issued for her son, william. request denied for gary giordano. a judge denied his second request to be freed from jail. he says robyn gardner disappeared when they went snorkeling. the 90 day hold order expires by the end of the month. >> a proposal to raise maryland's gas tax. it would increase 15 cents per gallon over the next three years. supporters say the revenues would restore the state's depleted transportation trust fund. 76% of voters don't favor even a fraction of that tax increase. >> that is too much. >> if we don't repair our roads and repair our bridges, it would be unfortunate to have a tragedy here in maryland like we saw in
