live, local, and late breaking, this is wbal tv news tonight. >> a rapist is on the run and police whole or releasing this sketch will fall to bring him down. that is our big story tonight. a man ripped a 13-year-old girl in east baltimore tonight. tonight, it is sparking outrage. we have specifics on tonight was a big story. >> we are told a 13-year-old mecham was walking to a store and was halfway there within sight of a busy fast-food restaurant when she encountered her attacker. >> houses that are abandoned lined the street here. around 9:00 monday night, a girl was walking across this house a loan when according to those close to her, she spotted this man on the sidewalk. >> he grabbed her from her neck.

he dragged her in. she was hit and he pushed her down. >> there is no step into the building. you drop. he pushed her. >> pushed her until she fell about 8 feet until she hit the floor. he heard panic and screams and about one block away. like to hurt somebody saying, "help!
