weekend. >> good morning. we are coming up with as many traffic cliches as we can. on facebook. give yourself as much time as you can. southbound 95 at 198, we have an accident report. we may have some delays. first we show you northbound 95 just past white marsh. reports of some debris in the road in the left lane. southbound traffic, so far so good. a little bit slow. on the west side, 51 miles per hour down towards baltimore national pike. 70 looks good and problem free on 795 down towards the beltway. this is 95 at 32. a little bit slow as you concede southbound heading down towards 198. this is chesaco avenue. the east side is cooperating.

the roads are wet. that is the latest on traffic pulse 11. back to you. >> the search is on for the person who raped a 13-year-old girl. >> this happened in east baltimore. jennifer franciotti has more on the attack that this party neighborhood our rage. a terrifying scenario. >> this is awful. this is something people will never forget. this young lady was walking from a friend's house to a store when this attack happened. police say she was grabbed. the have released a sketch of the suspect. he is described as between 40 and 50. they hope crime camera footage could help reveal his identity. the girl was walking past a house alone when she spotted a

man on the sidewalk. he grabbed her by the neck and he pushed her until she fell about 8 feet into a cellar. one man heard screams about a block away. he set the christ stopped before he could figure out what was going on. >> the police came around like 9:30, like an hour, hour-and-a- half after, asking us, did we see anybody, because a young woman just got raped. >> according to police, the victim was able to climb out of that seller after the attackers left her. she had to stack up some old wood scraps. police are asking for anyone with information to please call. jennifer franciotti, wbal-tv 11 news. >> a montgomery county committee is in morning after search crews find a body believed to be that of missing 11-year-old william mcquain. sir

stocks recovered the body yesterday. medical examiners will confirm the identity of the child. police have been searching for mcquain since last week. his stepfather is awaiting extradition in the murder of his mother. >> police make an arrest in connection with the shooting in a charles village neighborhood. one man is accused of shooting a man multiple times on st. paul street. this is back on october 6. residents met with city officials over concerns about rising crime in the charles village area. authorities have a teenager in custody following a stabbing. police say michael fisher is responsible for the attack on dominic miller monday night in a parking lot. miller was rushed to shock trauma or its condition is unknown -- where his condition this morning is unknown. >> a contest to choose a

is out race after a 13-year-old girl is pulled off the street and raped. >> this is a scary and disturbing situation. >> it was monday night when this happened. the 13-year-old was walking to a store when police say she was attacked. >> around 9:00 monday night, a 13-year-old girl was walking past this house alone when, according to those close to her, she spotted this man on the sidewalk. >> as she tried to speed past him, he grabbed her from her neck and dragged her in. in there, she got there and he pushed her down. >> there is no step into the building. you step on the -- and you drop. he pushed her. >> pushed her, they say, until she fell about 8 feet to the cellar floor. this man says he heard panic screams a block away. >> we heard somebody screaming, "help, please help. help me, please." >> he says the cries stopped

before he could figure out what was happening. he says he felt sick when officers arrived soon after. >> the police came around like 9:30, like an hour, hour and a half after, asking us, did we see anybody, because a young woman just got raped. >> those close to the victim tell 11 news that the attacker said he had a gun, then he raped her. the assault left the high school student battered about the head and ribs and legs, and stranded in the cellar. according to those who know her, they say once the rapist climbed out of the house, the girl stacked up old wood scraps to escape and get help. >> i'm so fed up with these crimes. i'm so fed up with the predators out here. >> police put out this sketch of the alleged rapist, who is described as a black man between 40 and 50 years old with a mustache. they are hoping crime camera footage may help reveal his identify. those rallying around the victim are worried that he could strike again and even more concern about how the 13-year- old will recover. >> we're going to have to be strong for her. we're going to see that she's
