the bribery trial, as the defense team and lawyers of executives also on trial called a short list of witnesses to the stand. the first was state senator ryan frosh, who represents the 16th district. his testimony was brief. he testified that the senators' careers mirrored each other. he called senator kirby a modest person and a good legislator. the rest of the testimony consisted mostly of former consecutive -- executives from shoppers food or super value. there were letters concerning the possible employment of senator currie. one said the senator should assist with a new traffic light and that executives felt needed to be installed at a store in

engaged in sexual activity with a 13-year-old and 14-year-old boy. a parent found suspicious messages between them. he uses a facebook profile under the name brayden clark. there may be more victims. if you have information, contact police. the search continues for a man accused of raping a 13-year-old girl. police released a sketch. detectives are reviewing surveillance video along the 800 block of north carolina street, where the victim says she was forced into a vacant home and attacked. anyone with information should call macro crimestoppers. -- metro crimestoppers. >> police are investigating a stemming. a 23-year-old woman was taken into custody for stabbing her boyfriend. this was in the 300 block of lord byron land. the victim was taken to sinai

hospital with non life- threatening injuries. his girlfriend is being held on $25,000 bail. montgomery county may pursue the death penalty against a man charged with killing his estranged wife. curtis lopez is also expected in the death of his stepson, whose body was found in a wooded area yesterday. his mother was found beaten and stabbed to death in germantown. an autopsy is being done to determine how william mclean died. >> still no word on how a loyal university student who died and her body was found it in a trash chute. it is the second time in that building in over a year. kim dacey joins us with details. >> according to emily hauze's linked in bage, she graduated cum laude and has been working as a reading teacher.

but it is not clear how her body ended up in a dumpster. this is a trash chute located on each floor of the apartment building. a concerned resident invited us to look after a second body in just over a year was found in a dumpster at the bottom of it. >> it is scary. i think better security should be placed here. there should bcc tv -- be cctv camera installed beside the crash. >> the body was found sunday morning. police say they are waiting for a medical examiner ruling before commenting. a man's body was found in the same dumpster last august. the medical examiner ruled in that case because of death was undetermined and the man died from multiple injuries. police say they do not suspect foul play, but residents who use the shoot do not know if anybody

heavy showers out of virginia. potential for some thunder. western maryland is dry so far. low pressure moving to our region is probably not one to be out of here and tell early tomorrow. sunday some showers to the next couple of hours. low pressure over southeast virginia, and another in eastern kentucky. those systems will combine into one large storm and pull away tomorrow. almost a half inch of rain so far today. 0.47 inches at bwi marshall. the 68 degree high temperature is the current reading at the airport. it is warming up, even with clouds and showers. the normal high is 66. showers across delaware and the lower eastern shore. another is west of baltimore city down toward the suit --

down toward washington, d.c. western maryland has been dry. in the mountains, not expected to cool off until late tonight. it will stay under the clouds and showers through midnight. around 2:00, the skies began to clear. but a little fog is possible. over all, clouds and clearing skies were debris. early tomorrow morning, temperatures will slip into the low 50's. at dawn, the system will begin to pull away. areas of low pressure will trek toward eastern canada tomorrow. that allows a high pressure to come in behind it. the trend will be for gusty wind and cooler temperatures. you can see the wind coming out of canada, wrapping around the low, coming out of parts of south carolina. nashville is 46. we are 68.
