online chat room. according to police, sukeforth told his victims that he was 17 in one case and 19 in another when he was actually 22. one of the victim's parents believed her child was engaged in sexual activity with an adult after she found suspicious messages. experts say she did the right thing. they encourage every parent to talk to their kids about the dangers. >> we are concerned that parents are aware who they are finding and educating their children about what to do if someone who is unfamiliar pops up on facebook and asks to friend them. >> sukeforth is in jail. police think the could be other victims. if you have any information,

you're asked to call baltimore county police. kim dacey, wbal-tv 11 news. >> a man who is convicted of abusing a minor one not go to prison for possessing child porn. he was sentenced to 10 years in prison yesterday. more than 600 files of child porn were found on his computer. they say he thought he had erased a that. there may be consideration of pursuing the death penalty. curtis lopez is suspected in the death of his stepson, william mcquain. his body was found in clarksburg. his mother was found stabbed to death in her germantown condo. >> officials have filed a lawsuit against current

hospital. the suit alleges it wrongly coated some patients for and malnutrition and then collected insurance money. the suit seeks $1.6 million for each false claim. efforts are underway to try to resolve the case. a colleague of ulysses currie took the witness stand yesterday. for shoppers food warehouse executives testified. one letter was about currie's possible employment with the company. he is accused of taking bribes from shoppers food warehouse in exchange for legislative favors. >> voters still not have found a republican that they prefer over president obama. kate amara is live to explain. >> good morning.

discovered at the park charles apartments was on august 12 of last year. residents harsh kumar was found in a trash bin. medical examiner ruled he died of numerous injuries. police declared it an accident. 11 news spoke with his father this afternoon. he told us the family never believed that his son's death was accidental. he said it was hard for us to understand how it could have been an accident. we had no way to prove foul play. his father said he was shocked to hear about another death at the apartment building. 23-year-old emily hauze was found sunday morning. police say that they found no link between the cases. it resident invited as inside to
