he is on trial accused of shooting 49-year-old william porter several times in the head. he was barely breathing. officers first began investigating a possible robbery after the white described the assailant as a black man wearing a black city. -- wife told them the assailant was a black man wearing a black hoodie. he said he did it for the money and she had a plan to kill her husband. he was the higher hit man. prosecutors believe he received $300 million. she supplied the murder weapon. he said that she would go to the ends of the earth to have her husband killed. for at least one year she had been telling family members and

breaking news out of baltimore county were an elderly couple has been found a dead inside of their middle river home. rescue officials received a phone call just after 2:45 this afternoon for an unconscious person at a home along birgit river road. two people were found dead from gunshot wounds. they found a note inside. their names had not been released. >> the man who was found guilty was back in court today. wagner learned the price it would pay for the crime. rob roblin was at the sentencing. >> john wagner was told he would be shown the same mercy he show. he sentenced him to life plus 20 years. >> it was july of 2010 when the

he killed 18-year-old ryan at jackson and dumped the body in south baltimore. they found a blood evidence as well as the wallet and murder weapons stashed inside horton's home. 11 news was confirmed the person discovered dead wednesday evening. anybody with any information on the case is asked to call crime stoppers. 1-866-7-lockup. police say justin morgan broke into a good college dorm on thursday. according to witnesses, he made his way into a woman's bathroom. police were on campus already investigating a theft when people called them to the door. they found a morgan leaving the

officials have approved plans to build a new hospital and germantown. the plan to build a six story 93 bed hospital on the campus of montgomery college. they hope to begin construction later this year. the hospital is expected to open bid 2014. a new study suggests that cell phones did not cause brain cancer adding more evidence to a hotly debated topic. the latest study from 250,000 danish cell phone users over one decade, the largest analysis to date had the same cancer risk as non users. some critics say that news a study was not long enough since brain tumors can take decades to develop. a new report reveals just how deadly and costly melanoma has become in the united states. the center for disease control estimates more than 40,000 cases of melanoma are diagnosed each year between 2004 and 2006.
