7900 block of an avenue in pasadena. the suspect told police he was urinating, but a 25-year-old victim said he was engaged in a lewd act near her window and was not fully clothed. the school was closed that day and there were no children present at the time of the incident. harford county is on the lookout for a man who tried to abduct a 14-year-old boy on monday morning. >> a 14-year-old boy was walking to a bus stop around 6:30 yesterday morning near st. clair drive and cardinal way in abingdon when a person in a black van pulled up next to him. the suspect threatened him and told him he would hurt him if he did not get in the van a. the boy ran home, and his parents called police. the area is full of kids who often walk to nearby bus stops. >> it makes me sick.
