this happened just after 11:00 last night. it hit a guardrail and flipped on the conowingo dam. the driver may have fallen asleep at the wheel. his condition is unknown. the dam had to be shut down while crews to clean up all of the fuel that spilled. >> a 14 year old girl is the second to be raped in a week. police say she was looking for directions. jennifer is a live with a description of the suspect's vehicle. >> good morning. we know she was sexually assaulted on sunday afternoon. this happened in the back of a van. according to police, it happened in the 1500 block of leslie ave. she was walking, trying to get directions. that is when a van pulled up to the curb. the driver, a man is 20's offered to give her a ride to

her destination. >> she realized there were multiple people. they imply that they had a hand and and sexually assaulting her. >> according to officials, she did not know her attackers. this is prompting a warning about the dangers of dealing with strangers. we will have more at 5:30. >> thank you. the search continues for a man who tried to snatch a boy. police have released an image. it is of a vehicle similar to one that approached a boy monday morning. it is described as a black van with bumpers and no back window or driver's side and rear window. anyone with information should call the sheriff's office. >> a man is behind bars after police say he attacked a 70 year-old woman.

>> thank you. and eighth grader in carroll county will not be a school because he is charged with bringing a loaded gun to school. it was in his lunch bag which was in his locker until lunchtime. at that time he went up to an official and said he was thinking about committing suicide. the students spoke with a guidance counselor and handed the bag over with the gun and suicide note. a man is recovering from injuries after being shot. police say the incident happened at 8:00 last night. we're being told that one person was shot and taken to the shock trauma. the man convicted of murdering a gas station owner could face the death penalty. walter bishop jr. was found guilty yesterday in the shooting death. a key piece of evidence was a taped confession.
